Life Insurance
Life Insurance provides additional financial protection for you and your family in the event of your death.
Tel Hai provides a minimum of $25,000 of life insurance for all benefit eligible team members. There is no cost for this coverage to you, the team member. This plan is administered through Guardian.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Tel Hai provides you with the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse, or your children. You, the team member, may elect life insurance in any $10,000 increment, to a maximum of $500,000. For your spouse, you may elect life insurance in any $5,000 increment, subject to a maximum of 50% of your Life Insurance Benefit. For your children, you may elect coverage of $250 to $10,000.
